Washable and reusable mop pads are a great investment. They are economically sound and environmentally friendly. However to make your new mop pads last longer, follow a few simple tips to wash them. It is recommended to hand wash your mop pads to last the longest, however if they are machine washable, it is an easier and suitable alternative.
After removing your mop pads from the mop, if your mop pads are machine washable, throw them into the wash with your laundry otherwise, hand wash them.
Once they are finished in the wash, air dry your wet mop pads. Do not put them in the dryer otherwise they will shrink. After 24 hours or when they are completely dry, reuse your clean mop pads!
