Login to your account to check your next billing cycle:
Under MY ACCOUNT, click on (A) MY SUBSCRIPTIONS, and make sure it is 24 hours prior to your next (B) START DATE. If you are within 24 hours prior to your next shipment date, contact us immediately to cancel the order and initiate a refund. As the payment is automatically charged, unfortunately there is no way to stop the charges however we will assist you as best as we can.
If you are at least 24 hour prior to your next shipment date, click(C) SUSPEND to temporarily suspend your subscription. Above your subscription number should read, "Subscription successfully suspended."
