Maybe this sounds familiar: When you got your Dyson DC-28 and powered it up for the first time, all of the dirt and debris in your home got sucked off your floors and carpets effortlessly. Now, some time has passed, and vacuuming has become a bit more difficult than you like, particularly because your DC-28 vacuum cleaner doesn't really seem to be doing its job.
In order to ensure your vacuum cleaner is operating at optimal levels whenever you use it, it's recommended you replace your Dyson DC-28 post filters every three to six months. If you find yourself spending a bunch more time getting your floors half as clean as you're used to, you might want to take a look under the hood of your vacuum to see whether it's time to replace your filters. The good news is that replacing your Dyson DC-28 filter is extremely easy, and the results are immediate. And thanks to Think Crucial, replacing your filter is now extremely affordable, too.
High quality washable and reusable post motor HEPA filters should be washed at least once a month.

When will my order ship?
Our warehouse ships Monday-Friday. If you place your order before 12pm EST, your order will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following weekday.

How can I track my order?

Most of our packages are shipped using DHL Global Mail. DHL Global Mail's tracking information usually start with 92 and include 26 numbers. Our international orders are also shipped using DHL Global Mail, tracking numbers starting with GM. DHL Global Mail packages are transferred to USPS for the final mile delivery. We also use USPS, UPS and Fedex to ship out our orders. Tracking information can be found on each companies respective website.
