    Fill your humidifier tank as usual.

    Add drops

    1 drop per half gallon, 2 per gallon, 4 per 2 gallons. About 50% more on hard water.

    Add drops at every refill and keep your normal periodic deep clean.

Q.01Is it a descaler?
No. It's a conditioner you add at every refill. Keep doing your normal periodic deep clean.
Q.02What's in it?
Distilled water, citric acid and sodium citrate. No metals, surfactants, fragrance or dye.
Q.03Which humidifiers?
Evaporative and warm-mist tank humidifiers, including Honeywell, Vornado, AIRCARE, Essick Air and Vicks tank models.
Q.04What if it doesn't work with my machine?
If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
