We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website to the 50 states, with no minimum order size or special exceptions. Here at Crucial Vacuum we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. We strive at processing your order as soon as possible.

Our warehouse ship out orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship that same day! Exclusions apply for all majors holidays. STANDARD FREE SHIPPING: 7 - 12 Business Days
    We offer free standard shipping within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, with no minimum purchase amount! DHL Global Mail is frequently used as our standard free shipping carrier however it can vary. Our standard shipping takes 7-12 business days.
      3-5 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING: $15.99
        We offer expedited USPS 3-5 business day shipping service at $15.99! This option is only available for orders shipped within the United States. Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship that same day, while orders placed after will ship the next day. Exclusions apply for all major holidays.
          2 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING: $28.99
            We offer express USPS 2 business day shipping at $28.99! This option is only available for orders shipped within the United States. Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship that same day, while orders placed after will ship the next day. Exclusions apply for all major holidays.
              SHIPPING TO CANADA: $21.99 
                We offer standard shipping to Canada at a flat rate of $21.99. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside the United States and Canada.

                    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (returns must be unused, in original packaging and within 30 days of your shipment date).                     FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE:
                    1. Use your original packaging, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return
                    2. Remove any pre-existing labels or stickers from the shipping box
                    3. Pack your return securely, in the original package
                    4. Include your return authorization slip included with your order or print one.

                    PRINT YOUR FREE PREPAID RETURN LABEL:

                    5. Print your complimentary return label. You can also simultaneously schedule a pick up from your local post office.
                    6. Attach the return label to your box and seal it completely.
                    7. Drop off the package at your local Post Office or wait for your scheduled pickup.
                    8. Track the progress of your package.

                    *Returns can take 1-2 weeks to receive and process and an additional 2-5 days after a refund is issued depending on your credit card processor.

                    WHAT TO DO IF THE PART DOESN'T FIT:
