03QuestionsBefore you order

Before you order.

Straight answers. Anything else, email support@thinkcrucial.com.

Q.01Is this made by Miele?

No. It's our own formula, made by Think Crucial. It isn't made, sold or endorsed by Miele, and Think Crucial isn't affiliated with Miele. The brand name only shows what it's for.

Q.02Where is it made?

In the USA. Think Crucial makes it to its own formula.

Q.03Do I need tablets?

No. It's a liquid concentrate: 1 tablespoon replaces the tablet in the descaling program.

Q.04How many descales per bottle?

30 at the standard 1-tablespoon dose.

Q.05What's in it?

Citric acid, sodium citrate and distilled water. No fragrance, dye or surfactant.

Q.06What if it doesn't work with my machine?

If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Q.07Is there a subscription?

No. You buy when you need it. Nothing renews and nothing auto-ships.

Q.08When will it arrive?

Free U.S. shipping on every order, from a U.S. warehouse. Ships the same business day when ordered by 2pm ET. Arrives in 2–5 business days.

04Who makes this

We make what we sell.

Think Crucial started in 2007 at a family vacuum repair shop. Today we're a U.S. company in Hollywood, Florida, making descalers and cleaners for the appliances you already own, alongside our aftermarket filters, bags and parts. Every bottle is made in the USA, and each one says which machines it's for and how much to use.
