    Run the descale cycle when the alert comes on. It takes about 5 minutes.

No. It's our own formula, made by Think Crucial. It isn't made, sold or endorsed by Ninja, and Think Crucial isn't affiliated with Ninja. The brand name only shows what it's for.
Q.02How often should I descale?
Every 3 to 4 months, or when the descale alert comes on.
Q.03What's in it?
Citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrate and water. 45% total acid.
Q.04Do I still need Ninja's packets?
No. 2 tablespoons from the bottle replaces a packet, and one bottle covers 15 descales.
Q.05What if it doesn't work with my machine?
If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Q.06Is there a subscription?
