("Think Crucial," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from the Site, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services"). In this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" mean you as a user of the Services, whether you are a customer, a website visitor, or another person whose information we have collected under this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect Directly from You

• Contact details, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number. The phone field at checkout is optional and is used for delivery updates.
• Order information, including the items you buy, your order history, and the payment method you used. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. For card payments, we can see the card type and the last four digits.
• Account information, if you create an account, such as your email address and password.
• Subscription information, if you sign up for recurring deliveries, such as the products and delivery schedule you choose.
• Customer support information, including what you choose to include when you email us at support@thinkcrucial.com or otherwise contact us, such as your order number and your appliance's model number.
• Product reviews, if you write one, including your name, your rating, what you write, and any photos you add.
• Email sign-up information, including your email address, if you sign up for our emails.

• Shopify, which hosts the Site and our checkout, and our payment providers, which tell us whether your payment went through so we can fulfill your order.

How We Use Your Personal Information

• Providing Products and Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, send you order confirmations and shipping updates, manage your account and any subscription, handle returns and fit-guarantee claims, and provide other features and functionality related to your purchase.

Service providers. We share personal information with vendors who perform services on our behalf. As of the effective date above, they are:

• Shopify, which hosts the Site and checkout, stores order and account information, and sends our order emails and our marketing emails.
• Payment providers. Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are processed through Shopify's checkout. We also accept PayPal (including Venmo) and Amazon Pay. These providers process your payment details directly.
• Bold Commerce (Bold Subscriptions), which manages recurring-delivery subscriptions if you sign up for one.
• Judge.me, which collects and displays product reviews.
• Google, for site analytics (Google Analytics), advertising and ad measurement (Google Ads and Google Merchant Center), the Google Customer Reviews badge on the Site, and our company email (Google Workspace).
• Microsoft Advertising, whose Bing tag sends Microsoft information about visits to the Site, for ad measurement and targeting.
• Zendesk, customer support software we use to manage and reply to support email.
• SendGrid, an email delivery service authorized to send email on our behalf.
• Content delivery networks (cdnjs by Cloudflare, the jQuery CDN, BootstrapCDN, and Google Fonts), which deliver code, styles, and fonts to your browser. They receive your IP address and browser information when they do.

Business and marketing partners. Google and Microsoft receive information through the Cookies and pixels described above to provide advertising services to us. Their own privacy policies govern how they use that information.

Affiliates and business transfers. We may disclose personal information within our corporate group, and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.

Legal obligations. We may disclose personal information to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or similar legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Think Crucial, our customers, or others.

With your direction or consent. We may disclose personal information when you ask us to or agree that we may.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. If you use Shop Pay or the Shop app, Shopify's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that use. Cookies

Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For specific information about the Cookies that Shopify uses to power our store, see the Shopify Cookie Table. We use Cookies to power and improve our Site (including to remember your cart and your preferences), to run analytics and better understand how visitors use the Services, and for marketing and advertising, for example to show you more relevant ads and to measure how our ads perform.

• Essential Cookies are needed for the Site to work, for example to let you add items to your cart and check out.
• Analytics Cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site, including through Google Analytics and Shopify's analytics.
• Advertising Cookies and pixels help us show ads and measure them, including the Google and Microsoft tags described above.

Most browsers accept Cookies by default. You can remove or block Cookies in your browser settings. Removing or blocking Cookies can affect your experience of the Site; for example, your cart or other features may not work correctly.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, we do not currently respond to them.

Email Marketing and How to Opt Out

If you sign up for our emails, we will send you marketing emails about our products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing support@thinkcrucial.com. Order-related emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates, are not marketing emails, and we may still send them after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Third Party Websites and Links

Our Site may link to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties, including the appliance brands our products fit. If you follow links to sites we do not control, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of those sites, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on them.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, you may contact us at support@thinkcrucial.com to request that it be deleted.

Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use insecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.

How long we keep your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.
