It's on the label on the back of the HydroVac body, for example WD201.

Small clean tank: 0.36 L. Large: 0.50 L.

Dose
Normal clean: 1/2 tsp in a small tank, 3/4 tsp in a large one. Fill the rest with water.

Q.01Is this made by Shark?

No. It's our own formula, made by Think Crucial. It isn't made, sold or endorsed by Shark, and Think Crucial isn't affiliated with Shark. The brand name only shows what it's for.

Q.02How much do I use?

Small tank (0.36 L): light 1/4 tsp, normal 1/2 tsp, heavy 1 tsp. Large tank (0.50 L): light 3/8 tsp, normal 3/4 tsp, heavy 1 1/2 tsp.

Q.03How many refills?

Up to 72 depending on tank size, or 63 normal-strength refills on small-tank models.

Q.04Which floors?

Sealed wood, tile, laminate, LVP and sealed stone. Neutral pH (7 to 8).

Q.05What if it doesn't work with my machine?

If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
