Add the dose
Normal dose is 1 ¾ oz, about 3 ½ tablespoons.

Fill and REBOIL
Fill to MAX and hold REBOIL about 3 seconds to start the descaling cycle (about 1 to 1.5 hours).

Rinse
Drain, then boil fresh water to rinse.

Q.01Is this made by Zojirushi?

No. It's our own formula, made by Think Crucial. It isn't made, sold or endorsed by Zojirushi, and Think Crucial isn't affiliated with Zojirushi. The brand name only shows what it's for.

Q.02How much do I use?

1 ¾ oz (about 3 ½ tablespoons) per full-strength clean.

Q.03How many cleans per bottle?

3 to 4 full-strength cleans or up to 6 maintenance cleans.

Q.04Is it a powder?

No. It's a liquid, so there's nothing to dissolve before you press REBOIL.

Q.05What if it doesn't work with my machine?

If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
