Full product description
A dishwasher that leaves film on glassware, smells stale or has stopped drying properly is usually scaled. Hard water plates calcium carbonate onto the heating element, the spray arms and the sump, and detergent alone will not remove it.
This is a 32% citric acid liquid concentrate — 33.5% total acid with lactic — that dissolves that limescale rather than masking the smell. Pour 2 tablespoons in and run a hot cycle empty. No tablet dissolution problems, no powder to measure, 15 doses per 16 fl oz bottle.
Features:
- Works with all major brands – Whirlpool, Bosch 300/500/800, KitchenAid, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, Amana, Kenmore, Miele, Thermador and any standard dishwasher that accepts a liquid cleaner.
- 15 uses per bottle – One 16 fl oz bottle delivers 15 descaling cycles at the 2-tablespoon dose — over a year at monthly cleaning.
- 32% citric acid concentrate – A 33.5% total acid formula (32% citric plus 1.5% lactic) that dissolves calcium carbonate limescale directly.
- Removes odours as well as scale – Clears the hard-water deposits and trapped residue behind stale dishwasher smells.
- Four food-grade ingredients – No phosphates, no chlorine bleach, no EDTA, no borates. Biodegradable and septic safe. Made in the USA.
How to use:
- Empty the dishwasher completely.
- Pour 2 tablespoons into the bottom of the tub.
- Run a full hot cycle with no detergent and no dishes.
- Repeat monthly, or more often on hard water.
