How to use it.

- Run
Press DESCALE and start the cycle. On the Luxe Café it runs about 90 minutes.
- Rinse
Refill with fresh water to the Max Fill line, then flush the group head and steam wand as your Ninja manual directs.

Full product description
The Ninja Luxe Café will throw a descale alert every few months, and the packets sold for it are small, single-use and priced accordingly. This is the same job done from a bottle.
A 45% total acid concentrate using both citric and lactic acid — two chelators rather than one, which clears limescale in a single cycle. Four ingredients, no fillers, no preservatives, all GRAS food-safe. Two tablespoons per descale, 15 descales per 16 oz bottle.
Features:
- 15 uses per bottle – One 16 oz bottle covers 15 full descaling cycles at the 2-tablespoon dose, instead of a drawer full of single-use packets.
- 45% acid, dual-chelator formula – Citric acid, lactic acid, sodium citrate and water. Two chelators dissolve limescale and mineral deposits in one cycle.
- Built for the Ninja Luxe Café – Essential ES501, Premier ES601 and ES651, Signature ES655CO and Pro ES701, the models Ninja lists for its own descale packets. Color versions such as ES601BK and ES701WH are the same machines. The Luxe Café Mini (ES301, ES351) is not on Ninja's packet list, so we don't list it.
- Liquid dosing – Two tablespoons in 37 fl oz of water, the amount of water Ninja's owner's guide uses for its packet. No powder to dissolve and no packets.
- Safe for seals and internals – 100% GRAS food-safe, biodegradable, pH-tested per batch, 24+ month shelf life. Made in the USA.
How to use:
- Empty the main drip tray and remove the reservoir water filter if you use one.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of concentrate with 37 fl oz of water and pour it into the empty reservoir.
- Press DESCALE and start the cycle. On the Luxe Café it runs about 90 minutes.
- Rinse as your Ninja manual directs: fresh water to the Max Fill line, then flush the group head and steam wand.
- Descale every 3 to 4 months, or when the DESCALE light comes on.
Use distilled water for best results.
