    White dust settling on the furniture near your humidifier is not dust. It is mineral scale off the ultrasonic transducer, aerosolised and blown into the room along with the mist. Wiping the tank does nothing about it, because the film is on the transducer itself.

    This concentrate soaks that transducer and dissolves the film. One tablespoon in 32 oz of water works out to a pH of about 4.3 to 4.7 — enough to break down calcium carbonate and magnesium scale, gentle enough for plastic tanks, rubber seals and the transducer. 15 doses per 8 oz bottle.

    How to use:

    1. Empty the tank and unplug the unit.
    2. Mix 1 tablespoon of concentrate into 32 oz of water.
    3. Fill the base and tank, making sure the transducer is submerged.
    4. Let it sit 20 to 60 minutes depending on buildup, then rinse thoroughly.
