How to use:

1. Scotsman Brilliance: enter CLEAN mode and add 3 tablespoons — the machine auto-cycles.
2. Commercial CME models: add 8 to 12 oz to the reservoir and run the clean cycle.
3. Follow your machine's own rinse cycle afterwards.
4. Repeat every six months, or sooner on hard water.
