Fellow recommends citric acid descaling for its kettles. This is that chemistry, in a clear unscented concentrate, at a bottle size that lasts.
Three ingredients — citric acid, sodium citrate, water. No fragrance and no dye, which matters when the thing you are descaling is the kettle you brew filter coffee with. One tablespoon per descale, 15 descales per 8 fl oz bottle.
