A pet fountain that has slowed to a trickle almost always has the same problem: calcium scale on the pump impeller and inside the tubing. Tablets rinse loose residue off the surface. They do not give you the contact time that actually breaks mineral buildup down.
This is a liquid concentrate. One teaspoon in 32 oz of warm water gives you a soak that reaches a low enough pH to dissolve hard-water calcium over 20 to 60 minutes, with no scrubbing. Three ingredients, unscented, and up to 47 cleanings per 8 oz bottle.
Rinse thoroughly before returning the fountain to your pet.
