How to use it.
- Power off
Shut off power at the unit and the breaker, close both valves and remove the cell.
- Mix
½ cup concentrate plus water to 1 quart in a clean bucket (¼ cup for light film, 1 cup for heavy buildup).
- Soak
Stand the cell upright with the plates covered for 10–15 minutes (up to 25 for heavy buildup).
- Rinse
Hose the cell for a full minute, reinstall it and restore power.

Features:
- Gets the White Crusty Buildup Off Your Salt Cell – Pull your cell out and you will usually find hard white gunk caked on the metal plates inside. That is calcium, left behind by your pool water. This liquid dissolves it so it rinses away. No scrubbing, no scraping, no metal tools anywhere near the plates. Made for the salt cells in home saltwater pools.
- It Comes Concentrated, So You Mix It with Water – Pour half a cup into a clean bucket, add water up to a quart, and that is your cleaning solution. Use a quarter cup for a light film, a full cup if the buildup is bad. A measuring cup out of your kitchen drawer is all you need.
- Made in the USA – Mixed and bottled here, with five food-grade ingredients and the whole list printed right on the label. You know exactly what is going into your bucket. No phosphates, no dyes, no added scent.
- Citric Acid Does the Cleaning – It is what breaks the calcium down so it lets go of the plates. Lactic acid goes in with it to speed that up. The rest is water and two more food-grade ingredients, all of them named on the label. Clear liquid, faint citrus smell, no added color.
- Dilute, Soak, Rinse, Put It Back – Shut the power off at the unit and the breaker, close both valves, and lift the cell out. Stand it upright in your bucket with the plates covered. Ten to fifteen minutes for normal buildup, up to twenty-five if it is bad. Rinse with a hose for a full minute, then put it back and turn the power on. DANGER: this is an acid. It causes serious eye damage and skin irritation. Wear gloves and eye protection. Never mix it with bleach or liquid pool chlorine.
