Add 1 tablespoon
Add 1 tablespoon to the kettle or reservoir and fill with water.

Heat and stand
Heat it, then let it stand 15 to 30 minutes.

Rinse
Empty and rinse, then run one cycle of clean water and pour it out.

No. It's our own formula, made by Think Crucial. It isn't made, sold or endorsed by Fellow, and Think Crucial isn't affiliated with Fellow. The brand name only shows what it's for.

Q.02How many descales per bottle?

15 per 8 fl oz bottle, over a year at monthly descaling.

Q.03What's in it?

Citric acid, sodium citrate and water. No fragrance and no dye.

Q.04Does it work on the Aiden brewer?

Yes. Our copy lists the Aiden Precision Brewer along with the Stagg EKG, EKG Pro, Corvo EKG and Clyde.

Q.05What if it doesn't work with my machine?

If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
