Take it apart
Disassemble the fountain and pour out the old water.

Soak
Add 1 teaspoon to 32 oz of warm water and soak the parts 20 to 60 minutes.

Rinse three times
Rinse every part three times, and rinse thoroughly before refilling the fountain for your pet.

Q.01Why a soak instead of tablets?

Tablets rinse loose residue off the surface. A soak gives the contact time that breaks down calcium on the pump impeller and tubing.

Up to 47 per 8 fl oz bottle at the 1 teaspoon dose.

Q.03What's in it?

Citric acid, sodium citrate and water. Unscented.

Q.04What if it doesn't work with my machine?

If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
