No. It's our own formula, made by Think Crucial. It isn't made, sold or endorsed by Scotsman, and Think Crucial isn't affiliated with Scotsman. The brand name only shows what it's for.

Scotsman Brilliance: 3 tablespoons in CLEAN mode. Commercial CME: 8 to 12 oz to the reservoir.

Q.03How often?

Every six months, or sooner on hard water.

Q.04Does it work on other brands?

Our copy also lists Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Ice-O-Matic and Follett machines.

Q.05What if it doesn't work with my machine?

If it doesn't work with the machine we list, email support@thinkcrucial.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back. Unopened bottles can also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
